Kimmeridge: Looking out

Kimmeridge is a bay on the Isle of Purbeck. A World War II pill box leans towards the sea. These one-manned defences served as a look out in case of invasion. Above sits Clavell Tower, a listed property with spectacular panoramic views.  Yet sometimes a relaxed sit down to look for fossils and observe the calm shallow waters is what’s called for.
