Piering through the Sunglow

The tide is out. The colours are alive!

Contrasting with the sands, glowing sky and shining pools of water, Bournemouth Pier dates back to 1856.

It’s been remodelled, rebuilt and extended. On the upper deck, Punch and Judy has switched to laser shows, ‘Sunday best’ to more relaxed attire. Glimpses from below however remain, providing a feast of colour.
